  • Pre-Production Check (PPC): Materials, components, and accessories are inspected to reduce risks.
  • Initial Production Check (IPC): First finished products are checked against specifications and samples, with deviations corrected.
  • During Production Check (DPC): Ongoing inspections ensure initial discrepancies are rectified and maintain production quality.
  • Final Random Inspection (FRI): Completed consignments are inspected according to International Inspection Standards before delivery.

Customer Feedback

Post-sales follow-up ensures customer satisfaction with quality and delivery. Random samples are inspected based on buyer specifications, covering design, shrinkage, accessories, appearance, color, labeling, material, workmanship, and packaging.
