We have in house fabric knitting & garment manufacturing infrastructure. Fabric is manufactured on latest state of the art electronic knitting machines with a  capacity of  5Tons per day.  Garments are manufactured on modern state of the art lockstitch/ overlock/ flatlock machines and the garment manufacturing infrastructure has a capacity to manufacture 5000 garments per day.

All the processes involved in manufacturing of garments are i.e. from knitting to dispatch are under one roof except dyeing which is got done from outside sources.  However, we have arrangements with the quality-minded dyeing houses who have employed modern dyeing techniques.

We have latest machinery like Camber Wrapper Striper, Jumberca Wrapper

Whatever may be the machinery installed until and unless there is right- minded workforce good quality machines can also be ineffective.  The most important aspect of our organisation is that we have a dedicated workforce to monitor each and every process of the garment which is backed by skilled labour.  It is our effort to impart training to our workforce and make them know the changes taking place in the industry.
